Most enterprises already have the data, tools, partners, and budgets — yet AI stalls because leadership intent, ownership, and operating models don’t change. AI can’t be bolted onto old ways of working.
The programs that succeed start with better leadership questions, not better models:
- What decision will this change?
- Who owns the outcome?
- What process must be redesigned?
By 2025, it’s clear: AI strategy is business strategy. The real differentiator is how decisively leadership is willing to act.
